EAPPI continues to stand in solidarity with the people of Beit Jala and the Priests and Sisters of the Cremisan Valley.

The Salesian nuns of the Cremisan Valley are going to lose most of their land and be surrounded on three sides by the Israeli separation wall. The wall and its proposed route continue to be the subject of a protest by the holding of an outdoor mass each Friday.

This week tourists from Germany came and their priests participated in the mass.

The classification of these pilgrims now is "Nonviolent Terrorists.”

After the mass, the priest read a letter that outlines the next steps that are going to be taken to resolve this disastrous decision by the Israeli government.

The US government can make a difference.  Each of us need to take action by contacting our elected officials.  Encourage them to support the Salesian Sisters and work toward a Just peace.
